In summer, you will enjoy nearly 24-hour daylight, known as the midnight sun, while winter brings just a few hours of daylight each day. Despite the low sun angle, reflected light from snow and ocean can make sunglasses essential.
Daylight varies throughout the year; for example, Reykjavík has about 11 hours of daylight in early October and around 8 hours by the end. Weather and daylight impact our itinerary, but our experienced guides will adapt to make the most of your trip. We appreciate your flexibility if adjustments are needed.
