Departure from Reykjavík:

Katla Ice Cave Exploration:
After reaching the wonderful village, Vík, we will start moving further towards the Katla Ice Cave. From here we will enter the depths of the Mýrdalsjökull Glacier, where you will see beautiful ice formations and lively blue hues. From here, our expert guides will lead the way through this frozen paradise, while sharing the fascinating facts about glacier history and the powerful volcanic activity that exists below the surface.
Vík Village Visit:
After exploring the ice cave now we will visit the attractive village of Vík í Mýrdal. Walk through the beautiful streets, explore the iconic Víkurkirkja church hovering on a hill, discover the local architecture and artistic landmarks along with the black sand beaches. This place gives you an amazing opportunity to relax in beautiful scenery, take outstanding photos, and enjoy a light snack from the local café.
Skógafoss Waterfall:
Further we will keep on moving towards Skógafoss waterfall, the largest waterfall present in Iceland. Dropping at the range of 60 meters, the utter force of the water creates an enthralling mist all around the place. On the sunny days, you can also enjoy watching rainbows here at this spot.
Seljalandsfoss Waterfall:
The final stop of the tour is Seljalandsfoss waterfall. This waterfall gives you an opportunity to climb up the staircase and walk behind the waterfall to enjoy the panoramic views and click photos. That will be the last stop of our tour so you can enjoy capturing photos and enjoying the tranquil atmosphere here before moving back to Reykjavík.
Return to Reykjavík:
